2025 FOOTBALL PRIORITY SEATING
With the brand new Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium set to open for the 2025 season, season ticket holders will undergo a reseating for the upcoming season.
Priority Seating for 2025 Football:
A Quick Overview
For the 2025 Football Priority Seating Process, Louisiana Athletics has created an allocation system that rewards both loyalty and generosity. From now until the April 30, 2025, Priority Seating deadline, fans can position themselves for the earliest selection time possible by determining which of the 4 groups (described below) they want to be a part of as well as increasing their RCAF Membership for the 2025-26 year to improve their rank. After the deadline, fans will be assigned times to select their seats based on their group first, then their ranking within each group. Seat selection for the inaugural season at Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium will begin on Monday, May 19.
2025 Football Priority Seating:
Step by Step Guide
Fans first step in deciding when they will select their seats is to determine which group they currently are or would like to be in. The groups were created to reward both loyalty and generosity.
Group 1: Capital Project Donors
- Contributed or pledged $25,000 or more and on time with payments to one of the following projects:
- Lourdes Stadium, EK Long, Baseball Clubhouse, Tennis Complex, Softball Renovations, Golf Short Game Practice Area
Group 2:
Active 2025-26 RCAF Members that were 2024 Football Season Ticket Holders
- To be an active RCAF member for the 2025-26 membership year, fans must contribute at a giving level of your choice before April 30, 2025.
Group 3:
Remaining 2025-26 RCAF Members
Group 4:
Remaining 2024 Football Season Ticket Holders
Group 4 order will go on priority points earned for purchasing season tickets.
Within each group, the order will be determined based on the RCAF Total Investment Model Ranking system for the 2025-26 membership year. Priority points and donor rank will include all support towards the RCAF completed by April 30, 2025.
The Total Investment Model is what the RCAF uses to rank its investors fairly and transparently for benefits like seat selection, seat upgrade requests, tailgate and parking upgrades, and postseason tickets.
How it works?
All gifts/investments within a current membership year contribute to your annual total giving amount and adds to your existing priority point total. The total amount invested will place members into a specific giving level.
Once a member’s giving level is determined, their priority points will determine their rank within that level. RCAF Members earn priority points in the following ways:
RCAF Giving Levels |
---|
$100K+ |
$50,000 - $99,999 |
$25,000 - $49,999 |
$15,000 - $24,999 |
$10,000 - $14,999 |
$5,000 - $9,999 |
$2,500 - $4,999 |
$1,000 - $2,499 |
$500 - $999 |
$250 - $499 |
$100 - $249 |
$50 - $99 |
Below are two sample donor scenarios that show how total investment and priority points are calculated
Example 1
Johnny Ragin gives $750 to the Champions Fund, $350 to the Football QB Club, $250 to the Softball Centerfield Club, and $200 to the Baseball Diamond Club. He’s also been a long-time supporter and has accumulated 748 priority points.
Jane Cajun gives $1,000 to the Champions Fund, $500 to the Tennis Baseline Club, and $400 to Volleyball Back Reaux Club. She recently started supporting the Cajuns and has earned 220 priority points.
In this scenario, both Johnny and Jane would be in the same RCAF Giving Level. Even though Jane gave more this year, Johnny would still have a seat selection time before Jane because he has accumulated more priority points.
Investor | Johnny Ragin | Jane Cajun |
---|---|---|
Total Investment for Membership Year | $1,550 | $1,900 |
RCAF Giving Level | $1,000-$2,499 | $1,000-$2,499 |
Priority Points | 748 | 220 |
Example 2
Johnny Ragin gives $750 to the Champions Fund, $350 to the Football QB Club, $250 to the Softball Centerfield Club, and $200 to the Baseball Diamond Club. He’s also been a long-time supporter and has accumulated 748 priority points.
Jane Cajun gives $1,000 to the Champions Fund, $800 to the Tennis Baseline Club, $800 to the Volleyball Back Reaux Club. She just recently started supporting the Cajuns and has earned 220 priority points.
In this scenario, Johnny remains in the $1,000-$2,499 RCAF Giving Level while Jane is placed in the $2,500-$4,999 RCAF Giving Level. Because Jane has increased her RCAF Membership level, she would now have an earlier seat selection time than Johnny even though he has more priority points than her.
Investor | Johnny Ragin | Jane Cajun |
---|---|---|
Total Investment for Membership Year | $1,550 | $2,600 |
RCAF Giving Level | $1,000-$2,499 | $2,500-$4,999 |
Priority Points | 748 | 220 |

Selection windows will occur every 10 minutes and open Monday – Thursday throughout the process. Once your selection window opens, you will be able to select a seat until the process ends in June.

2025 PARKING SELECTIONS
For the first time, fans will be able to select their parking locations and purchase their passes at the time of their seat selection. Once fans have completed the seat selection process, they will be directed to a parking, tailgate, and RV map, where they will be able to add parking to their carts prior to completing the purchase process. All required Champions Fund contributions and pass payments will be due at the time of purchase.
2025 RV & TAILGATE PROCEDURES
The RV and tailgate map has evolved for the 2025 season to a modified layout and pricing structure. Fans who purchased season RV or tailgate spaces for the 2024 football season and wish to renew their same locations for 2025 will be able to as long as the new Champions Fund requirements are met and the pass is purchased prior to the April 30, 2025, Football Priority Seating deadline.
Fans who had an RV or tailgate space for the 2024 season but would like to relocate for the 2025 season will be asked to complete the purchase of the pass prior to the April 30, 2025, Football Priority Seating deadline. This will guarantee the ability to have a space for the 2025 season. During the seat selection process, once you are directed to the parking map, you will be required to pick your new location for the 2025 season and meet the required Champions Fund contribution upon checkout.
Fans who would like to purchase a tailgate or RV spot for the first time will be able to do so during the seat selection process. Once seats are selected in the stadium, you will be directed to a parking and tailgate map where you can see what is available and purchase your space(s) at that time.
